[Carmel, IN – 2/28/25] – FreedomDoc Health welcomes Dr. Lindsay Moore as she joins their innovative direct primary care (DPC) practice. Dr. Moore will conveniently see patients in FreedomDoc’s Westfield and Zionsville locations. Dr. Moore is excited to join the DPC community to spend more time getting to know patients and providing the best primary care possible to patients and families.

Dr. Moore completed her residency in pediatrics and internal medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine. She is also an international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), making her one of only a few Breastfeeding Medicine specialist physicians in Indiana. Patients from infancy through older adulthood will benefit from Dr. Moore’s extensive skills and experience, combined with the enhanced access and state-of-the-art services provided by her FreedomDoc practice.

Dr. Moore became a primary care physician to help families stay healthy and reduce healthcare-related stressors. “I love caring for the whole family,” she explains. “Staying healthy is much easier when everyone sees the same doctor. It’s even better when my former pediatric patients grow up and bring their own kids to see me- that’s the ultimate continuity of care.”
